The kitchen in this unit has been completely renovated and features a full-sized stove and fridge, microwave oven and all the household items needed for preparing meals and full housekeeping. It also comes furnished with a flip-down sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. 

The separate air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with one three-quarter and one single bed, desk, remote control colour TV, clock radio, phone and high-speed internet connection.  Off the sleeping area is a private 4-piece bath which has undergone extensive renovations.
